Most issues can be solved in about ten seconds.

My Watch isn't connecting.

Open the iPhone app, go to Settings → Watch connection, and check the sync count. If it's stuck, force-quit both apps, make sure the Watch app is installed (not just paired), and try again. If distances or handicap aren't flowing through, tap the manual "Sync now" button on the iPhone.

Distances look wrong on the satellite view.

First check your selected tee — it drives every yardage on the hole. If you're outside the satellite image bounds, the app falls back to the tee as the distance reference (it'll say so in the HUD). GPS also needs an outdoor signal lock; give it 20 seconds on the first hole.

I can't see polygons on this hole.

Polygon coverage is around 64% of courses. Where polygons are missing, the app falls back to single-point hazard markers and classifies everything as rough by default. If your home course is missing, email me the course name — I can prioritise it.

My launch monitor import is misaligned.

Check the unit pickers before importing. Distance can be yards or metres; side can be yards, feet, or metres. Most common mix-up: Trackman CSVs export "Side" in metres while "Total" is in yards. If in doubt, try "Load Sample Data" to see what the shot plot should look like, then compare.

I bought lifetime but features are locked.

Open Settings → Restore Purchases. StoreKit sometimes takes a minute to sync entitlement state to a new device. If you used an App Store offer code, the redemption should flow through the same restore. Still stuck? Email me your receipt and I'll sort it out.

How do I delete a round I logged incorrectly?

Long-press the round on the Rounds tab. You'll get a delete option. Once deleted, the round is removed from your handicap calculation on the next index refresh.

Can I export my data?

Round and shot data lives on your device. There's no server copy. For now, export is on the roadmap; email me if you need it urgently and I'll hand-roll a CSV for you.

Email support@matrixgolf.app. A real person reads every message. The roadmap is shaped largely by what actual users ask for — there's no marketing team filtering the signal.
